It’s designed to produce double offset paper, electrostatic copy paper, writing paper, etc. The pulp kind can be virgin pulp or waster paper pulp. Culture paper machine mostly adopts fourdrinier structure. Including fourdrinier wire section, K press section, dryer section.
Forming section: the accepted pulp comes into the headbox, and then it will be spread along the felts evenly.
Pressing section: to squeeze out as much water as possible in pulp by pressing felts which attached on the press roll.
Dryer section: dryers works in group to ensure it can be operate at a gradual slower speed to compensate for paper shrinkage as the paper dries. It will discharge the water content down to a level of about 6%.
