Press felt

Paper making felt are felt used in the paper industry for paper forming, wet paper pressing, dehydration, and transportation . According to the position on the paper machine, it can be divided into wet felt, upper felt and dry er felt. The processing method is to first make a thick and thin base layer with synthetic fibers, and then lay a mixed fiber mesh of synthetic fibers and a small amount of wool, which is needle punched, chemically treated, resin treated, and heat set ting . Paper making felt are required to have good dehydration, smoothness, stain resistance, wear resistance, dimensional stability, drug resistance, antibacterial, heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance.

Function
