Spiral Dryer Fabric
Spiral dryer belt have specially designed spiral structure allows for rapid drainage, superb distortion resistance and eliminates the needs for conventional seams compared with the woven polyester dryer fabric. Meanwhile, it allows the filtered cakes to be removed quickly. According to your requirements, spiral polyester dryer fabric can be fabricated with round yarns or flat yarns.
Features
1. It is acid resistant, alkali resistant, wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant and has a long service life, which is several times of that of woven dry blanket, canvas and general dry mesh.
2. It has smooth surface, high tensile strength, good air permeability and high heat transfer efficiency.
3. It is easy to install and use, the interface has no mark, and it is not easy to deform in use.
Application
Dry screens, also known as the dryer fabric, dryer clothing, high permeability fabric, are used in the dryer section of the paper machine, which can transfer paper web, improve heat transfer and smooth the paper.
