Dryer Screen

The dryer screen is a high-breathing fabric applied to the dryer section of the fourdrinier paper machine and the board machine. It's main raw material made of various plastic synthetic fibers, and is processed by weaving and heat setting. Special resin treatment is carried out as needed, and the joints of the fabric are also advanced.

Function

The main function of the dryer fabric is to improve the contact between the paper and the dryer cylinder in the process of guiding the wet paper through the dryer section, by matching the moisture evaporation needs of different positions of the paper web through appropriate breathability design, it can achieve high output, low energy consumption and give the paper good performance.

Polyester mesh has the characteristics of high strength, small deformation, good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life.
