Application

1.As a dehydration medium, when the paper web is dehydrated in a vacuum oven and press area, the paper felt will absorb and filter out the water flowing out of the press area.

2. Make the paper smooth, making the surface of the paper smooth during transfer and dehydration.

3. Function of the conveyor belt, the network department passes the paper to the dryer section through the press section and drives the passive roll and holder operation.

Structure

BOM Felt is composed of bottom net layer and fiber layer. The bottom mesh layer is made of monofilament and multifilament composite chemical fiber materials. The single layer, double layer, multi-layer (1 + 1, 1 + 2, 2 + 2) and other organizational structures are made by using different weaving technologies; the common synthetic fibers in the fiber layer mainly include nylon staple fiber, polyester staple fiber and other fiber raw materials; the staple fibers with the same or different thickness are laid in layers on the bottom net, and then the bottom mesh layer and fiber layer are processed by needling, heat setting and other special post finishing processes to make BOM felt.

How to install the felt?

01 Keep the felt clean to prevent oil from sticking to the felt.
02 Before the felt is flattened on each roll, it is not allowed to drop the top press roll, couch roll or support roll. Never pressurize the press roll until the paper machine is running normally.
03 When the felt is running slowly until it is running well, moisten the felt evenly with water until the water is saturated, then adjust the tension to stretch the felts to the optimum length, width and dehydration condition.
04 There shall be sufficient gap between the spoke and the shaft sleeve or between the spoke and the spoke to make the felt easy to cover and avoid pulling the felt in through the gap.
05 Before starting the machine, check whether there are foreign matters on the top and bottom of the felt, as well as pressing and auxiliary devices.
06 The running direction of the felt on the paper machine shall be marked by the arrow on the felt surface.
