Product Description
The function of Forming Fabric is to retain pulp fibers and filters, remove a large amount of water, and transmit it to the press section at the same time.
In the past, copper mesh was mostly used, but now polyester molding mesh is mostly used, which is mainly woven from polyester monofilament. In order to increase the service life, some manufacturers add nylon monofilament weaving with better wear resistance in the middle of weft.

How to Install Forming Fabric
1. Before installing the forming fabric, please check if the equipment is in good condition, and the surface of wires must not have any unevenness, slanting, burrs, sand, etc.
2. The running direction must comply with the direction of the arrow on the wire, the wire should be placed in the correct position, and the rollers should be parallel to each other to prevent the wires from being deflected.
3. There should be a swinging high-pressure water device for cleaning wire. Water pressure of medium and low speed paper machine shall not be lower than 6-10 kg/cm⊃2;; speed more than 350m/min, water pressure is not lower than 10-15 kg/cm⊃2;; When using multi-layer forming wire, water pressure is not lower than 15-30 kg/cm⊃2;, at the same time, the water should be clean and free of sand.
4. When installing the forming wire, first tension the wire slightly, lubricate it with water, adjust the tension to normal after sizing, and maintain the tension of low-speed paper machine at 3-4 kg/cm⊃2;, the tension of the high speed paper machine is maintained at 4-6 kg/cm⊃2;.
Packing & Shiping
1.Wrap with foam film and waste thick fabric, while protecting internal fabric.
