The high efficiency desander deflaker is a equipment for deflaking, grinding, and treating pulp materials. It is designed and developed based on the actual use of grass fibers and recycled paper fibers as the main papermaking materials in China, and is the latest product. The required beating degree can be adjusted according to the different varieties produced by customers. The rotor is made of hard alloy material, resulting in a long service life and low production cost for the rotor stator.
Designed and developed based on the principles of liquid fluid mechanics and the different densities of impurities in the pulp, the pulp enters the machine through the inlet of the conical tube. Under the rotation of the rotor, it rotates at high speed and enters the deflaking zone under the action of centrifugal force. In the stepped deflaking zone, coarse fibers are repeatedly deflaked by the relative motion of the rotor to improve the beating degree.
1. Check if the bolts are tightened and if the bearing lubricating oil level has reached the calibrated height.
2. Start the motor, conduct a water test, check the sealing condition of the interface, and flush the pipeline.
3.Observe whether the current is overloaded and the lubrication condition of the operating parts during normal beating.
4.After stopping the slurry supply, rinse with high-pressure water for 2-3 minutes before stopping to prevent pulp accumulation from blocking the internal cavity of the machine.
