Pulp Board Felt is a heavy-duty dewatering felt specifically designed for the press section of pulp board machine, specifically designed for high concentration, high pressure, and high line pressure conditions. Its core features include strong dewatering, high compression resistance, long lifespan, and no felt mark, making it suitable for the production of various pulp boards such as wood pulp, bamboo pulp, and waste paper pulp.
Carrying and transmitting wet pulp board, evenly transmitting high line pressure.
Quickly absorb and discharge the squeezing water, improve the squeezing dryness (target ≥ 45%).
Eliminate roller surface marks to ensure a smooth and felt free surface of the pulp board.
Protect the press roll and extend the lifespan of the roll surface and equipment.
The pulp board felt is a composite needle punched structure of bottom mesh layer and batt fiber layer, with heavy-duty and high compression resistance as standard:
Bottom mesh layer: mostly composed of 2+2/1+3 four layer composite bottom mesh, multi axial/heavy-duty single filament diagonal weaving, high strength, high rebound, compressive flattening, and uniform water filtration channels.
Batt fiber layer: High toughness synthetic fiber (nylon/polyester/aramid) needle punched composite, with large water capacity, high permeability, wear resistance, and anti moisture regain.
Felt weight: 1200-2200 g/m ⊃2; (much higher than ordinary press felt)
