Diagonal Seam Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
On the cylinder mould paper machine, SS mould mesh is an important mesh for paper web forming and dewatering, playing a critical role in the quality of the finished paper. The stainless steel wire mesh is installed in the forming section, It can preliminarily dehydrate the water suspension of pulp and form wet paper sheets. It is a consumable equipment used in the paper industry for paper dewatering, especially for tissue paper machine.
The SS wire mesh is used on the cylinder mould, so it is generally welded to endless , so that it can easily install on the cylinder mould. This welded technology is called diagnal welding, firstly the wire mesh is cutted to a sheet, and according to the predetermined diagonal angle to weld into endless roll.
1. Excellent corrosion resistance: Stainless steel paper mesh has undergone special surface treatment and can be used for a long time in harsh environments such as strong acids and alkalis, making it less prone to rusting.
2. High tensile strength: The wire diameter of papermaking stainless steel mesh is generally between 0.02mm~2mm, with a large number of wires, and after special weaving process, it has high tensile strength and compressive performance.
3. Good filtration performance: The wire diameter of the stainless steel mesh used in papermaking is relatively fine, which can filter out small particles and is suitable for filtration, screening and other processes in the papermaking industry.
