Forming Fabric is a mesh fabric installed in the forming part of a paper machine, used for dewatering pulp and initially forming paper sheets. Its main function is to evenly deposit the pulp and form initial wet paper sheets through its own support and water filtration ability after the pulp enters the mesh. Modern paper machines are characterized by high-speed and continuous operation, which places extremely high demands on the structural strength, breathability, wear resistance, and stability of the forming fabric.The forming fabric not only affects the dewatering efficiency of the pulp, but also directly determines the surface quality, structural uniformity, and fiber arrangement of the finished paper, and is therefore known as the "shaper of paper quality".

Single Layer Forming Fabric

Simple structure, low cost, suitable for low-speed paper machines such as cultural paper, packaging paper, etc.
Suitable for low speed paper machine.

1.5 Layer Forming Fabric

Suitable Paper Types: Cultural Paper, Printing Paper, Writing Paper, Packaging Paper, and Paperboard. 
Suitable for low speed paper machine.

Double Layer Forming Fabric

Combine with top and bottom wire , it has better paper support and water line stability, suitable for medium and high-speed paper machines.

2.5 Layer Forming Fabric

36/42 series suitable for packing paper;
60 series suitable for packing paper, culture paper;
64 series suitable for tissue paper,thin paper.

Triple Layer Forming Fabric

36/42 series suitable for packing paper, corrugated paper,liner paper;
52 series suitable for thin paper, culture paper, special paper.
