Sun Hong Paper Machine Clothing -- Press Felt

Single Layer Press Felt

 It consists of a single bottom mesh layer and a fiber layer, and has a relatively simple structure.
It has good water filtration performance and small elongation.
 The felt has light marks and is easy to clean.
 It effectively reduces groove marks.
 It is widely used in various papermaking machines to produce various types of paper.

Double Layer  Press Felt

 The structure is a 1+1 composite structure.
Stable size and good elasticity.
Applicable to groove pressing, vacuum pressing, etc., which can effectively eliminate groove marks and vacuum marks.
Applicable to paper machines such as fourdrinier, stacked, and multi-circular nets to produce high grade cultural paper, new net paper, etc.

Triple Layer Press Felt

 The triple layer press felt can be divided into 1+1+1, 1+2 and 2+1 composite structures.
The surface of the press felt is flat and smooth.
It can adapt to high strength line pressure.
It is suitable for high speed paper machines to produce high grade new mesh paper, cultural paper, cardboard and other paper types.

High Quality Press Felt Series

  • Packing Paper Felt:  This series of felts have good initial adaptability, fast PM start up , excellent ability against high pressure consistent and stable running. Sun Hong felt compared other supplier, paper sheet dryness inereases 1-3% and steam consumption is 5%-15% lower than other brand performing on the same paper machine. Suitable to PM of working speed 550-1500m/min producing 40 to 300 grams packing paper.
  • Culture Paper Felt: Applicable to the culture paper of 30 to 180 grams with machine speed ranging from 450-1600 m/min.This series of products have the feature of smooth paper surface, fast start-up and constantly stable running.
  • Specialty Paper Felt:Apply to all types of specialty paper machines press section and dryer section of paper machine which requires a super fine paper surface.
  • Tissue Paper Felt: Apply to BF and crescent former paper machines. The endless weaving technique with imported extremely thin fiber and a full set of imported equipment for production lines ensures the smooth surface of the felts. This series of product has the feature of fine and smooth tissue surface, fast start-up.low steam consumption, long life time.
  • Seam Felt: It adopting the full mono-filament, seaming loops reliable quality, it has feature of easily and convenient installation. This series of products, it only requires 0.5 hour to replace 1 piece felt, and its operation is stable.
  • Pulp Board Felt: Both single seaming line and double seaming line can make fast start up. lt can meet the demand of all kinds of pulp furnish and production running efficiency for all GSM pulp board.
