The press felts of Sun Hong Group have the characteristic of smooth surface, high water consumption capacity and long lifespan, which creat a grest foundation for a perfect finished paper.
Classification
Press felt is applied in paper making press section, it can be divided into endless press felt and seamed press felt. Usually, endless felt is commonly used. According to felt gsm, it can be divided into single layer, double layer and triple layer.
Application
Single layer press felt: kraft paper,package paper,white paperboard etc...
Double layer press felt:writing paper,corrugated paper, newspaper etc...
Triple layer press felt: big roll press, tissue paper, coating white board etc...
Production process
warping→ weave base layer→ setting for base layer→ finishing batt layer→ needling→ heat setting→ print logo→ packing
