The paper machine that originally used canvas and dryer felt can now use polyester dryer screen without modification. If possible, can change the rolls of paper machine to flat roller ,and the original felt dryer cylinder can be removed.

The endless dryer screen is circular. Before starting the machine, first remove the inner guide roller and pull the dryer screen along the usage position, then reinstall the inner guide roller and adjust the tension of the net to 2-3KN/M before starting the machine.

The seamless dryer screen is in the form of a strip, and the two ends of the screen are connected by spiral rings. When entering the machine, start from one side. When connecting the two ends head to head, thread the connecting wire from one side to the other. If it is difficult to thread at once, it can be threaded in sections, but the connecting wire must not be cut off. The two ends of the connecting wire should be reversed into the interface to prevent it from coming out. At the same time, it is strictly prohibited to have incorrect loops, missing loops, and merging loops, in order to avoid affecting the service life of the dryer screen.
