As an important equipment in the drying step of paper making production, the dryer fabric uses its own excellent air permeability and strength to transport the paper sheet between dryer cylinder and remove moisture. Sun Hong's spiral dryer fabrics series include: small loop spiral dryer fabric, middle loop dryer fabric, large loop dryer fabric and can be customized according to customer needs.
Spiral dryer fabric is usually produced by winding polyester monofilaments or multifilaments in a spiral pattern, producing left and right spiral rings, and then connecting them with threading. After shaping, trimming, and gluing, it is made into a monofilament or multifilament spiral dryer fabric. It suitable for drying the paper machine speed lower than 600m/min.
(1) Excellent air permeability: The spiral structure ensures smooth air circulation and accelerates the drying speed of paper.
(2) High wear resistance and no weak link.
(3) The mesh surface is smooth and easy to clean and install.
