Ceramic dewatering element play an important role of dehydrate water and forming the paper web on fourdrinier paper machine. The first component of dewatering element is forming board, then is hydrofoil, vacuum foil, high vacuum suction box,low vacuum suction box,support foil and felt suction box.

Forming board is used for support pulp fiber and uniformly forming the paper web.

Foil blade is used for scraping water from the forming fabric.

Low vacuum suction box is located forming section back position, it can use vacuum pump's suction to dehydrate water.

High vacuum suction box can achieve a smooth transition of paper from low vacuum dehydration to high vacuum rapid dehydration, thereby accelerating the drying process of paper, improving the dehydration effect, and optimizing the forming quality of paper.

Felt suction box is used on press section to scrape the water from press felt and clean the press felt.
