Stainless Steel Wire Mesh for Paper Machine Cylinder Mould Use

The SS wire mesh  is used for covering cylinder mould, it's mainly have two type endless type and spiral diagonal welded type SS wire mesh.

At the same time, the corrosion resistance of stainless steel mesh makes it suitable for harsh conditions such as humidity and acid-base alternation in the papermaking environment, avoiding rust or damage and ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment. The mesh cage generates a pressure difference through the rotation of the stainless steel mesh, which, together with the roller extrusion, efficiently dehydrates and improves the dryness of the paper web, reducing subsequent drying energy consumption. In addition, the surface of the stainless steel mesh is smooth and easy to clean, meeting hygiene requirements, and its high and low temperature resistance adapts to temperature differences in papermaking processes.
