Forming fabric is an endless polyester mesh installed in the paper machine forming section (foudrinier, multi wire, crescent former), with only three main functions:
Dehydration: The pulp (concentration 0.1%~1.2%) coming out of the headbox is quickly dehydrated to a wet paper dryness of 18%~28%.
Forming: evenly distribute fibers to form the basic structure and uniformity of paper.
Conveyor: The forming fabric transports the wet web smoothly to the press section, ensuring stable and continuous machine operation.
Material and Performance:
Forming fabric is mainly made of high-quality polyester monofilament (PET), offering excellent strength, wear resistance, dimensional stability, and resistance to high temperature and humidity.
