The forming fabric is very important paper machine cloth on the paper machine. The forming fabric is installed at paper machine forming section, for dehydrate water and forming the paper sheet. The main function of forming fabric is that use itself support and dehydration capacity to let the paper pulp uniformly deposite and form wet paper sheet after the paper pulp poured into forming section. So it need the forming fabric have high strength structure, good permeability, wear resistence and stability.
The forming fabric is not only affecting the efficiency of dehydration, but also directly decide the surface quality and structure uniform of finished paper, so the forming fabric is also called "the shaper of paper quality". Sun Hong Forming Fabric have single layer, 1.5 layer, double layer, 2.5 layer and triple layer forming fabrics. Accroding to customer's paper machine speed, paper kind, paper weight and other factor , we can suggest most suitable forming fabric for them.
The forming fabric is normally made of polyester (PET) or enhanced polyamide (PA) high performance synthetic fabric. And some high grade forming fabric will add high temperature resistence, corrosion resistance special yarn. Production process:
Warping & Winding: ensure the uniform tension of warp and weft yarn to keep surface of the felts smooth.
Weaving: We own 11 sets imported weaving machine to weave our fabric with advanced weaving technique.
Heat Setting: High technology oil heat setting machine to ensure the forming fabric have good adaptability.
Full automatic joint machine: ensure good seam joint quality.
