The 2.5 layer forming fabric is woven by double weave weft, the diameter of back side weft is large, and wide space, so that increase the forming fabric life service and working stable, it can be used for middle wire and bottom wire.
The 2.5 layer forming fabric is suitable producing paper weight over 70g high grade art paper, corrugated paper, liner test paper, cardboard paper,etc. And multi wire paper machine's middle wire ( high paper weight )
1. For Culture and Printing Paper: Fine surface, no mesh marks, high retention, good uniformity, suitable for medium and high-speed foudrinier/twin wire paper machines.
2. For Thin Paper and Tissue Paper: Low basis weight (30-60 g/m ²), high retention, fast dehydration, and less prone to paper breakage.
3.For Paperboard (white cardboard, kraft paper, corrugated paper, surface layer, lining layer, and base layer of white coating board): Strong support, wear resistance, high dehydration efficiency, suitable for laminating/multi-layer cardboard machines.

1.Fine surface (forming surface): fine weft density, small mesh holes, reducing mesh marks, improving smoothness, and leaving good retention.
2.Bottom layer open (supporting surface): coarse weft, large space, fast dehydration, wear-resistant, long service life
3.Half layer bridging: upper and lower layer coupling, balancing strength and flexibility, not easily deformed, and stable operation.
4.Comprehensive performance: between double layer and triple layer forming fabric, with the highest cost-effectiveness, suitable for medium and high speeds (800-1500 m/min).
