The corrugator belt is used on corrugated cardboard production line double facer, also called felt for corrugating machine. When the corrugated cardboard were transferred on the double facer, the corrugator belt will remove the moisture of cardboard. The workflow is that the corrugator belt applies pressure to the cardboard to stick it to the surface of the heating plate, absorbs heat and evaporates water vapor. The water vapor is absorbed by the conveyor belt and dissipated during operation.
