The round yarn dryer fabric is composed of round weft yarn and round warp yarn. The round yarn fabric and flat yarn fabric have same weave method but the warp yarn are different.
Main Function of Round Yarn Dryer Fabric
1. Support and transport wet paper web through multiple dryer cylinders.
2. Uniform steam guidance, optimized heat transfer, accelerated water evaporation, and reduced steam consumption.
3. Reduce adhesion between paper and cylinder surface, reduce mesh marks, and ensure a smooth paper surface.
4. Provide stable tension to suppress paper creping and shrinkage.
5. The service life is much better than traditional dryer canvas and dryer felt.
The round yarn dryer fabric is a four shed double layer woven dryer fabric, woven with round cross section fibers. It has excellent air permeability and a smooth mesh surface. It is commonly used in medium speed paper machines. Its structural design helps the paper web to dehydrate quickly in the drying section and ensures the smoothness of the paper surface and stability during the production process.
(1) The weaving structure of the round yarn dryer fabric can provide good air permeability for the paper during the drying process, accelerate the evaporation of water, shorten the drying time, and improve the quality of the finished paper.
(2) The surface of the round fiber is flat, and the paper is not easily damaged during the drying process, which reduces scratches and improves the smoothness of the paper.
(3) Sun Hong's round yarn dryer fabric uses wear resistant and high temperature resistant materials, which are wear resistant, corrosion resistant, and high temperature resistant. It can run stably and for a long time on medium speed paper machines, and its service life far exceeds that of ordinary dryer fabric.
(4) It is resistant to hydrolysis and has good heat transfer efficiency.
