The installation steps of the felt and fabric deviation run-off alarm include: confirming the air inlet and outlet of the main body, installing the feedback rotary gear lever on the main body, installing the clamp block on the column, and then installing the crossbar into the clamp block. The installation crossbar of the bracket can be adjusted back and forth, and the height of the column can also be moved up and down, while the angle can be adjusted.
After replacing the paper machine clothing with a new one, if the width of the fabric changes, the distance between the contacts on the operating and transmission sides and the fabric should be readjusted in a timely manner. The specific operation is to loosen the screw on the clamp block, pull out or push the adjustment rod so that the contact does not touch the edge of the fabric, observe the distance between the contact and the fabric, with a distance of about one centimeter on both sides, and then tighten the screw to tighten the clamp block. After a period of tensioning operation, the distance between the contact and the edge of the new felt needs to be adjusted again.
