How to choose paper machine dryer fabric?

When selecting a dryer fabric, the following points should be noted.

1 Easy to install

A small number of paper machines with narrow widths have removable racks and use a dryer fabric generally with an endless interface.

2 Air permeability requirements

The dryer cadre requires good dryer fabric adherence, low paper shake and the evaporation of moisture from the paper web.

3. Lifetime

The dryer fabric requires good dimensional stability, not slanted loose, large deformation, small elongation in use, small swing; contact with the paper surface requires high flatness, small difference between the ring surface and the net surface height; net body transverse stiffness is high, not easy to break; net body anti-fouling performance is good, not easy to dirty, easy to clean; paper and net contact surface is large.
