Pressure Screen

Working principle
During the rotation of the pressure screen rotor, the blades on the rotor are also called rotor wings, which move along the surface of the screen basket (the gap between them and the screen basket can be adjusted), generating pressure on the slurry, increasing the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the screen basket, and allowing the slurry to pass through the screen basket; When the gap between the tail of the rotor wing and the screen basket gradually increases, the pressure of the rotor wing on the slurry decreases, and a local negative pressure occurs in this area. When the negative pressure equalizes the absolute pressure of the slurry inside and outside the screen basket, the slurry stops passing through the screen. When the negative pressure continues to increase, the moisture in the good slurry outside the screen basket and some of the slurry return through the screen basket, playing a role in backwashing the slurry on the screen basket and long fiber impurities, thus ensuring the continuous and normal operation of the pressure screen.
