Customer Feedback about Paper Making Felt Fiber Loss

Today, we received our customer's complain about our press felt occurs fiber loss after use 15 days. When we recevie this feedback we slove this problem at the first time. 

Firstly, our technical department analyzed the cause of this apperance, there are several reason may cause this problem:

1. The felt design is not suitable, the needling process is not good, the needling density is insufficient.

2. When the felt was running on the paper machine, the felt is too dry lead to wear and tear of the press felt.

3. The storage time of press felt is too long.

4. Due to the speed difference between the transmission points of the paper machine, the press felt is rubbed and worn, resulting in fiber loss.

We checked our felt production process, the batt layer we use 115*2g fiber, and the needling process and index are suitable for package paper. So our felt design is not the cause of the fiber loss. We feedback our analysis to our customer, and let them troubleshooting the above other reason. After customer themselfe checked, they find that the speed of guide roll and press have large difference, so that lead to the felt low strength and wear, after they rejust the speed difference of guide roll and press roll, the fiber loss has been greatly alleviated. 

The customer is very satisfied with our after-sales service, saying that our response speed is very fast and we can help them solve problems in a timely manner. And we are also happy can help customer slove the problem. Customer's stastisfication is always our aims, we want to with customer set up long and tight relationship.
