Spray Nozzle
The nozzle has 8 functions, such as cleaning, spraying, cooling, fire prevention, humidification, dust removal, lubrication and gas regulation.Mainly used in paper mill,textile industry, electronic industry, pharmaceutical factory, food industry, petrochemical industry, etc.
Application
In the paper mill, nozzles are needed for defoaming, cleaning and spraying. Fan shaped nozzles are widely used.
(1) defoaming, using hollow nozzles and spiral nozzles to eliminate froth in pulp.
(2) Coating, the atomizing nozzle is installed on the coater and acts on the surface coating of the paper.
(3) The edge of paper is cut by water with needle nozzle under high pressure.
(4) The needle nozzle, fan nozzle and self-cleaning nozzle are used to clean the woolen cloth.
(5) The paddle nozzle is narrow angle nozzle.
Material
The nozzle body is made of brass, the filter screen is made of stainless steel, the spray hole is made of ceramic inlay, and the inlay is made of ruby.
