Guide roll is most used for paper machines, mainly in the wire section, dryer section, and press section.its main function is to conveyor forming fabric,dryer fabric and the felts.With the speed of paper machines improve and the width of paper increase,which requires the wall thickness of guide rolls more uniform,and higher requests for dynamic deflection to meet the needs of high speed paper machines.

Application

The guide roll serves to maintain the wire or felt in a normally fixed position during operation. When the wire or felt is deflected, it will be adjusted back to its original position, leading the wire or felt to always take the right path.
