Improving the efficiency and quality of the lithium battery pulping process is an important subject of stock preparation. Mechanical stirring is an important micro process to realize the depolymerization of particle aggregates and uniform dispersion pulping. It is difficult to obtain fine and uniform slurry by a single dispersion method. PD mixer is usually used for pre-mixing and high-strength depolymerization by high-speed disperser in stock preparation, to obtain lithium battery slurry with low viscosity, high solid content, and high stability. At present, the large-scale application of twin-screw continuous pulping machines is less.
