Paper Machine Dryer Section -- Dryer Felt

The dryer felt is composed by polyester woven dryer screen as the base mesh, and on the front and back of dryer screen are needled high temperature resistence short fiber, and then use the spiral pin to seam. We use FOSTER needling machine to make needling process. 

1.Adopting reasonable techniques such as insertion distance, needle punching speed, needle punching depth, and number of needle (empty) punctures;

2.High temperature resistant and anti-aging synthetic fibers are selected as the mixing ratio;

3. Adopt reasonable settings for the amount of felt batt, the number of layers of felt batt, and the fineness parameters of the batt fiber mesh;

4. Produced using the most advanced double-sided three needle zone needle punching machine and hot oil drum heat setting  machine in China.

The Advantages of Dryer Felt

1. The dryer felt has the advantages of smooth and delicate mesh surface, reasonable structural proportion, tighter and more secure fiber bonding, and less felt lint.
