The forming fabric is an important equipment for pulp forming and plays a key role in pulp forming. When the pulp is in the forming fabric, the fibers will be retained and the moisture will be separated from the fabric, allowing the pulp to be formed into paper.
The 1.5 layer forming fabric is actually a 5-shed single-layer fabric that has been improved with an additional yarn to give it the same performance as a double-layer fabric. The 1.5-layer is easy to clean; paper release and retention are increased, and the additional fabric provides excellent drainage.
Its structure is similar to the double layer forming fabric and is mainly used to produce kraft paper grades (board paper, liner paper and corrugated paper).
Easier to clean, better paper sheet release and faster drainage than double layer forming fabric.
Better pulp fiber support than single layer forming fabric.
Longer life potential and better dimensional stability.
1. Put the forming fabric into the workshop one week in advance to make it get used to the temperature change.
When put on the fabric, stay away from sharp edges and open fires.
2. The application temperature shall under 150ºC, the tension of single layer polyester forming fabric should be controlled
at 40-50N/cm, double and triple layer at 60-70N/cm.
3. Because of the special nature of the raw material, please pay attention to the scientific use of cleaning agents, chemical
cleaning must choose neutral or 5% cold alkali solution with soft brush, and then immediately rinse with water.
