The doctor blade is important part for paper machine. It's mainly used for cleaning the roll and cylinder surface. According to different use position, roll surface material, and working temperature are corresponding to suitable docotor blade material.

1. Scrape off attachments on the roller/cylinder surface: wet pulp, dry pulp, adhesive, resin, filler.
2. Ensure paper quality: prevent paper diseases, spots, holes, and broken ends.
3. Protect the roller surface: reduce wear, corrosion, and sticking to the cylinder.
4. Stable operation: Improve dehydration, drying, and calendering effects.
