Non-block and non-leaked pulp pump issuitable for pumping a variety of different media as it is the singlestage, single flow, volute centrifugal pump. It is easy to maintain. When dissembling or installing the impeller, wear-resisting lining, pump cover, shaft sealand bearing frame, you will remove the pump neither from thesuction pipe nor the output pipe because of its process design. With two wear-resisting linings, the front and the back one, it providesthe sufficient protection for pump body and pump cover to prolongits service life. To offer high efficiency, it opens the three-bladeimpeller.
1. Efficient and energy-saving: The operating efficiency is 3-10 percentage points higher than the average of ordinary pulp pumps, and the energy saving and consumption reduction reach 15-30%.
2. Good cavitation performance and long service life: the actual service life can be 2-3 times longer than that of ordinary pulp pumps;
3. High concentration, non clogging: the concentration of pulp transported can reach 6%;
4. Reasonable structure and convenient maintenance: The pump head adopts a front and rear door opening structure, and there is no need to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance. Simply move the motor backward to disassemble and repair the pump.
