High speed slitting machine is an efficient slitting equipment in the fields of papermaking, printing, and paper trade. Functional Description of Slitting Machine Each Part

Unwinding Department:

The unwinding tension can be freely switched between two modes: closed-loop automatic constant tension control mode with pressure sensor and open-loop automatic constant tension control mode without pressure sensor.

There is a mechanism for manually adjusting the elastic edge of the feeding film, with an adjustment range of ± 20mm.

Traction Department: Driven by an 11KW servo motor, the traction roller

Waste edge recycling device: Waste edge fan blowing edge

Slitting part:

1). The cut paper is independently wound up using upper and lower double axes. Unilateral unloading.

2). There is one 4KW servo motor for each of the upper and lower winding shafts to drive the pneumatic expansion shaft. The end faces of all winding disks are flat, and the flatness of the disk surface is adjusted by the pneumatic pressure roller. The tightness of the inner and outer layers of the finished roll is controllable, that is, the spiral winding method. With the continuous increase of the winding diameter, the PLC automatically controls the speed of the winding servo motor to decrease, so as to balance the tension inside and outside the coil.

3). Round knife cutting: 5 sets (cutting type)

The whole machine can achieve remote monitoring through WiFi signals and mobile phones, which can monitor the real-time operation status of the equipment.
