The hydraulic headbox is different from the traditional air cushion or open type headbox. The hydraulic headbox uses hydraulic pressure to control the flow rate and uniformity of the pulp. The hydraulic device will generate stable pressure to deliver the pulp from the pulp delivery pipe to the nozzle and evenly distribute it over the entire width of the forming mesh. During this process, the hydraulic control system inside the headbox accurately adjusts the pulp to ensure a stable and uniform pulp flow.
