The production process for aramid threading tapes generally consists of two main stages: fiber production and tape weaving.
Polymerization: A polymerization process appropriate for the specific type of aramid fiber is employed; the polymer meeting required specifications is obtained through polymerization, filtration, washing, and drying.
Spinning: The polymer is dissolved to make a spinning solution, which is then extruded through the spinning holes to form fibers. After solidification, washing, drying and stretching processes, aramid fibers are obtained.
Warping: Aramid fibers are wound onto a warp beam according to specifications to form the warp yarn system; tension is strictly controlled to ensure uniform warp alignment.
Weaving: Aramid warp and weft yarns are interlaced on a loom according to a specific structure to form aramid greige fabric; the appropriate weaving process and loom type are selected based on the requirements for the aramid threading tape.
Subsequent finishing: Based on product performance and application requirements, the paper guide tape undergoes heat setting, coating, and other post-cleaning treatments to improve its dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, and overall performance.
Industrial and environmental protection equipment: threading aramid tape can be used as a structural material for conveyor belts and machinery manufacturing, meeting the requirements of high strength and corrosion resistance. It can also be used in cement plants, steel plants, etc., as a high-temperature smoke and fire filter material.
Safety protection equipment: threading aramid tape can also be used for bulletproof vests, helmet liners, fire rescue ropes and high-temperature work clothes, relying on their high strength and flame retardancy to protect personnel safety.

Threading aramid tape benefits from the advantages of aramid fiber itself, which enables it to be widely used in various high-intensity environments. It has ultra-high strength while being lightweight. Extreme temperature adaptability: threading aramid tape can withstand extreme temperatures from -196 to 204℃ and can withstand high temperatures of 560℃ for a short period of time without melting. It can maintain dimensional stability without shrinkage at 150℃.
