The Structure of Fiber Cement Board Felt

The structure of cement board felt is same like paper machine felt, they are all combined with base mesh layer and fiber layer. The base mesh layer use nylon long filament twisted yarn as the warp wire, the nylon monofilament as the weft wire. Generally the weight of base mesh layer is constituteed of 30%-50% of the finished felt. The fiber layer is carding from nylon short filament and use the needling machine to continuous needling batt into base mesh layer, so that the base mesh layer and fiber layer can connect tightly. It can protect the base mesh layer and increase the function of the dewatering.
