This package paper felt series is suitable for producing kraft paper, corrugated paper, wrapping paper, test liner kraft paper etc. This series felt have good adaption, speed up fast, stable and high pressure resistence. We use full set imported production line, good imported raw material, endless loop weave base mesh, twill weave technology to ensure our felt have stable structure and uniform dewatering.

Suitable machine speed: 300-600 m/min suction transfer, suction pre-press+two jumboo roll blind hole press paper machine, vacuum pick up pre-press + two jumboo press paper machine

Pulp kind: Waste paper, recycle paper

Line pressure: 180-420KN/M

Paper kind: 70-120gsm corrugated paper, 140-180gsm kraft paper, testliner paper,etc.

Advantages: Service life: 50-70 days; Full imported fiber ;Good adaptability and high strength resistence.

Suitable machine speed: 180-300 m/min normal press, K-press super former felt

Pulp kind: Waste paper

Paper kind: 70-120gsm corrugated paper, 140-180gsm kraft paper, testliner paper,etc.

Advantages: Service life: normal felt 50-90 days, super former felt 90-150 days; good wear resistence; good dewatering ability; good pressure resistence.

Good machine adaptablity -- new felt was installed at machine, the negative pressure can reach over 0.02Mpa.
