Phenolic resin doctor blade is a non-metallic scraper made of phenolic resin as the matrix and reinforced with cotton cloth/glass fiber/carbon fiber. It is formed by hot pressing and has the core advantages of not damaging soft rollers, wear resistance, insulation, temperature resistance, and moderate cost. It is a mainstream cleaning/scraping component in industries such as papermaking, printing, dyeing, and sludge dewatering.
1. Forming and press section: Clean hard rubber rolls, wire drive rolls, cast iron rolls, chrome coating rolls, and stone rolls; Never damage the soft rubber roll/polyurethane roll.
2. Dryer section: clean the dryer cylinder and reel cylinder (in the medium and low temperature range); choose epoxy resin or metal doctor blade if in high temperature section.
3. Size press section and calendering section: Clean the size press roll and calendering roll (special for soft surface rolls).
