Function of Stainless Steel Wire for Fiber Cement Hatschek Machine
The diluted low concentration slurry usually enters the cylinder mould at a concentration of 2% to 10% and comes into contact with the rotating mesh wheels in the cylinder mould. During the process of the slurry flowing from the outside of the mesh wheels to the inside, it is blocked by the filter screen, filtered and dehydrated, forming a thin layer on the mesh wheels. As the mesh wheels rotate, the thin layer is compressed by the felt couch roll and transferred to the felt.
