Mill Roll Stand
Six hydraulic cylinders are equipped with independent units, dual independent solid shafts, four disc brakes, and an internal expansion type paper clamp, making the raw paper less wasteful.
Main Features
(1) Six hydraulic cylinders are used to achieve hydraulic clamping, lifting, left-right translation, and other actions on the paper roll.
(2) It can simultaneously load two rolls of raw paper and achieve non-stop loading and unloading of paper rolls.
(3) This machine includes a complete set of hydraulic stations, oil cylinders, and oil pipes.
(4) By using an internal expansion type paper clip, the deformation of the paper core can maximize the utilization of the original paper and reduce waste of the original paper.
(5) Adopting pneumatic dual disc brake system, air can circulate between the periphery, with good heat dissipation performance and reduced brake pad wear.
