Ceramic Cleaner Cone for Pulp Cleaner Equipment

The ceramic cleaner cone is mainly used to remove impurities of recylced paper pulp. Sun Hong manufacture all kind of cleaner cone for different type cleaner, we have Nylon, stainless stee, ceramic material to match customer's high, middle and low consistency cleaner.

High consistency cleaner: for removing such as sand and iron eyebrows whose density is higher than that of the pulp;

Low consistency cleaner: for removing such as mixed adhesive, paraffin, hot melt adhesive, plastic sheet, foam, gas, ink particles, etc. whose density is lower than that of the pulp.

Pulp inlet chamer use thickned stainless steel, middle and bottom section use stainless steel lined with wear resistence ceramic.
