The vibrating screen uses pressure pulses generated by periodic vibration to screen the pulp and purify the screen holes. After the pulp flows into the vibrating screen from the inlet box, the good pulp passes through the screen holes under differential action and is discharged from the outlet. The coarse residue that does not pass through the screen holes continuously jumps to the tail and is discharged from the vibrating screen.
The vibrating screen is mainly composed of an inlet box, a screen frame, a shock absorber, a pulp tank, a spray pipe, and a transmission device.
1. The pulp inlet box is welded from ordinary steel plates, corresponding to the left and right parts of the vibrating screen. There are two pulp outlets on the pulp inlet box, one on the left and one on the right, and a pulp adjustment gate is installed. During production, the pulp inlet of the vibrating screen can be controlled by adjusting the opening of the gate.
2. The vibrating screen is the main component of the vibrating frame flat screen, assembled from parts such as the frame, screen plate, main shaft, bearings, and heavy weight block. There are two types of sieve plates, namely perforated sieve and slit sieve, each with different sizes of sieve holes (slits). Users can choose according to the raw material situation and process requirements. Install a circular weighted block each, and change the weight or eccentricity of the weighted block to adjust the vibration amplitude of the sieve.
3. The shock asorber adopts a suspended rubber plate shock absorber. Compared with traditional spring shock absorbers, it has the advantages of small resonance amplitude during start-up and shutdown, smooth vibration, low operating noise, and easy replacement of damping components.
4. The pulp tank is used to collect good pulp and install components such as the pulp box, screen frame, and shock absorber. The pulp tank is welded from ordinary steel plates, and a rectangular pulp outlet is opened at the bottom of the tank, with a pulp level adjustment gate installed on the side. During production, the position of the gate can be adjusted according to process requirements to control the liquid level of the pulp tank.
5. The water spray pipe plays a role in washing pulp and tailings. To improve the washing effect, a spoon shaped water blocking plate is welded at the water spray hole position, so that the water flow sprayed by the water spray pipe is in the form of a water curtain.
6. The transmission device consists of a flexible coupling and an electric motor. The flexible coupling adopts a column pin and cloth rubber structure, and is used in pairs. The electric motor adopts a common Y-shaped three-phase asynchronous motor.
1. Regularly check and adjust the rubber plate damper. If the rubber plate elongates, it can be adjusted by pulling the rod nut. If the rubber plate is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner. After adjusting or replacing the rubber plates, the axle heads of the four suspension rubber plates should be kept horizontal.
2. Pay attention to the temperature rise and lubrication of the bearings, regularly inject lubricating grease into the bearings, once a week, and thoroughly replace the lubricant every six months.
