The vacuum multi disc filter is important solid liquid separation equipment in paper mill, it mainly have two function, recycling white water from paper making process and concentrating pulp in the pulp making process.
The multi disc filter is composed of components such as the inlet box, filter tank, core shaft, fan-shaped filter plate, and distribution valve. The working principle is based on vacuum power to achieve staged solid-liquid separation. Its core process includes four circulation stages: natural filtration, vacuum suction filtration, ultra clean dehydration, and filter regeneration. The vacuum formed by the water leg tube is used as the filtering driving force, and the circular process is completed periodically by rotating the fan-shaped filter plate on the disc. To achieve white water recovery and fiber concentration through progressive filtration.
1.Energy saving: The water leg tube vacuum system requires no additional energy consumption, with a single unit power of only 11kW, saving 30% energy compared to traditional equipment.
2.Automation: By dynamically adjusting the filtrate ratio through the distribution valve, the slurry concentration is stabilized at 4-6%.
