The high consistency cleaner can continuously operate to remove heavy impurities with a diameter of 3mm or more from waste paper pulp. This equipment is generally installed after the hydra pulper as a coarse screening and purification device, as well as an important protective device to ensure the normal operation of subsequent process equipment.
The high consistency cleaner is usually located in the first process after the waste paper is broken, focusing on removing heavy impurities with a particle size of about 4mm or less carried in the waste paper raw materials. Due to the specific gravity of these impurities ranging from 1.5 to 8.0, they can still be effectively separated in environments with high pulp concentrations (up to 3.5-4%).
Principle and function: Apply the principle of free eddy current to remove large impurities in the pulp, such as crushed stones, metal blocks, glass, etc.
The pulp enters the pulp head from the tangential direction and forms a rotating pulp flow along the guide head. Due to the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet ducts, the coarse pulp moves downwards towards the center while rotating. Heavy impurities, which gain significant centrifugal force due to high-speed rotation, move in a direction perpendicular to the inner wall of the cone and accumulate successively at the lower part of the cone under the action of gravity, entering the slag collection chamber. There are two pneumatic gate valves at the upper and lower ends of the slag collection chamber, and the intermittent slag discharge function is achieved by controlling the joint action of these two gate valves through a program.
1.The valve has been replaced with a round and square structure to reduce sticking and loose closure.
2.The tail slag pipe is made of stainless steel material, which is convenient to replace and increases its service life.
3.Spiral shell type slurry inlet accelerates the downward speed of heavy slag, with low wear and high efficiency.
