The middle consistency pressure screen compare with low consistenct pressure screen have good adaption, save energy, save water and high effieciency. MC. pressure screen is suitable for coarse and fine screening of  wood pulp ,straw pulp, chemical pulp, waste paper pulp, and wood chips refining.

Main Features of MC. Pressure Screen

1.Multi wing block design, no winding, gentle pulse, clean slurry screening, high pulse frequency, large production capacity.

2.Medium consistency screening (Max. 4%) reduces water consumption in the production process, has significant energy-saving effects, and has a small screening drum area and low investment and maintenance costs for the same production capacity.

3.The screening area has less concentration, high screening efficiency, and long screening drum life.

4.Equipped with automatic oil injection device and mechanical seal water flow monitoring device, reserved DCS interface (bearing temperature rise, vibration detection) with high degree of automation.

Screen Basket & Screen Rotor

We have two type structure of screen basket, plate type screen basket (including slotted type and drilled hole type) and wedge rod type screen basket are all made of stainless steel.

The screen rotor is cylinder shapped, when it is ratating in high speed it will generate high frequency pulse to screen pulp and cleaning screen hole.
