Fiber separator is a new type of equipment developed to meet the needs of producing high-quality pulp from waste paper. It can separate light and heavy impurity of waster paper pulp and defibering the pulp fiber. It have strong cleaning function especially for staples, sand, plastic film, asphalt, stone and paraffin in waster paper.
The fiber separator utilizes the difference in specific gravity between waste paper pulp and impurities to remove light and heavy impurities from waste paper raw materials, while also having the functions of dredging and screening. It can process low-grade waste paper raw materials, reduce production costs by reducing pre-processing steps, and improve the production capacity of hydraulic pulpers, saving 10-20% of energy consumption. Suitable for processing various types of waste paper (including low-grade waste paper), reducing the degree of raw material pretreatment and thus lowering production costs.Improve the production capacity of the hydraulic pulper (the diameter of the sieve plate hole of the hydraulic pulper can be expanded to 020mm), and reduce unit energy consumption by about 15%.
