Middle consistency hydrapulper is mainly used for shredding various pulp boards, damaged paper, and various waste papers. With strong evacuation ability, wide adaptability, simple structure, and convenient operation and maintenance, it is currently an ideal equipment for waste paper pulping.
The working principle of a hydra pulper is mainly to use a hydraulic drive system (such as a motor) to drive the pulping system (such as a rotor or drum) to rotate, crushing waste or pulp into small pieces, and further pulping the fragments through high-speed rotating blades or partitions on the inner wall of the cylinder. During the fragmentation process, the slurry is subjected to strong turbulent circulation, tearing, shearing, and friction, thereby achieving fiber separation and refinement.
