The main function of a double disc refiner is to perform pulping treatment on the pulp. It is widely used in the pulp making system of the paper industry as a continuous pulping equipment for coarse and fine refining, especially suitable for the treatment of chemical wood pulp, mechanical pulp, and waste paper pulp.
Double Disc Refiner Body
The refiner is equipped with two grinding zones. Four disc plate are assembled in the order of left, left, right, and right according to the inclination angle of the grinding pattern. The two left refining discs are respectively fixed on the inner wall of the casing and the inner side of the turntable, and the two right refining discs are respectively fixed on the outer side of the turntable and the moving seat, forming two grinding zones . The pulp is input into the grinding area through the pulp inlet pipe, and after being beaten, it is pumped out of the grinding area and collected in the shell, and discharged from the pulp outlet.
The main shaft is equipped with two sets of bearings, which are fixed by bearing seats and connected to the electric motor through nylon column pins by a coupling. The other end of the spindle is equipped with a turntable, which is equipped with left and right refining discs at both ends. The turntable rotates between the two fixed refining discs and moves axially according to the pressure on both sides.
The moving seat is adjusted by the feed device to move axially to adjust the gap between the two grinding zones. There is a guide key between the mobile seat and the housing, which is driven by a trapezoidal screw.
The hood is a welded component connected to the casing by a pin shaft. Before opening the hood, the movable seat must be fully retracted into the hood, and the surrounding locking bolts must be loosened before opening the hood. Before closing the cover, keep the end face clean and the moving seat must be retracted into the cover before closing. Finally, tighten the surrounding bolts evenly.
Couplings
The coupling adopts nylon column pin connection, which can meet the requirements of displacement and torque transmission of the advancing and retreating blades. Its advantages are easy disassembly and easy maintenance.
Feed Gear
The worm gear reduction system inside the feed device drives the moving seat forward or backward by rotating the trapezoidal screw through the worm gear. Every time the motor rotates, the moving seat moves 0.23mm. Rotate the handwheel clockwise to move the moving seat forward, and vice versa to move it backward.
