High consistency hydrapulper is used for achieving high density pulp broken operations in the process of deink pulping of waste paper. This device can quickly shred waste paper at high concentrations of 12-18% and temperatures of 60-90 ℃ through hydraulic shock and mechanical action, at the same time, because of the chemical medicine, it can separate the ink and fiber, the size of ink and same as impurity, so that help after process (the ink removing, screening, and cleaning, etc) working smoothly, effectively separating ink and fibers to get high quality good pulp. Its core structure includes a tank body, a spiral rotor, and a filtering device, which has the characteristics of soft pulping and efficient impurity separation. The application scenarios cover the research of waste paper de ink, OCC box board paper recycling, adhesive material treatment and other process optimization fields.
