Inflow Pressure Screen

The inflow pressure screen is continuously screening pulp with pressure under compelet enclosed status. When the pressure screen is working , the unscreened pulp from the top inlet pipe into the outside of screen basket, and use the inner and outer pressure difference of screen basket, the good pulp will through slot hole into the screen basket under the function of the pressure.And the good pulp will pour out from the bottom accepts pipe, it couldn't be poured out from slag discharge pipe. The rotary foil of ouside screen basket can produce a mild pressure to improve the pulp circumferential flow, the tail section will generate negative pressure to back flushing the slot hole. It can prevent the slot hole clogged, so that promise the pulp and though the slot hole smoothly to ensure screening continuously.
